First, you’ll need to create a reviewflowz account if you haven’t already. You can head to our signup page to create a free forever account.

Our free trial comes with up to 10 review listings and 10 automations. Should you feel limited by that, please let me know and I’ll be happy to extend your trial account capabilities

Once you’re in, you’ll need to decide what review listings you’d like us to keep an eye on for you.

Head over to New Review Profile, and look for your review listings. Our search is platform based so you’ll need to select a platform and search for your brand name, or whatever name you gave your listing on that platform.

Once your listing is ready, you should be able to confirm the overall ratings and rating counts

Note that we’ll also start monitoring your average rating daily from now on, that’s what the dark orange line is.
