If you haven’t already, you’ll need to create a free reviewflowz account and set up a review listing you’d like us to track. You can track up to two review listings for free. Here’s a step by step guide.

Now that we’re actively tracking at least one listing for you, we need a channel to send new reviews to. You can set that up by going to Integrations > Create a new channel or by following this link

Select “Slack” in the dropdown and click “Connect a Slack channel”

Select the Slack channel you’d like to send reviews to. If you’re logged into multiple workspaces, you can change Slack workspaces using the dropdown in the top right corner

Voilà! We’re in.

All that’s left now is to let us know what kind of notifications you’d like us to send. You can select the review listing(s) you want us to notify you for, and set a rating filter.

For example, if you’d like to receive only reviews with a rating of 3 / 5 or less.

Hit Save and activate, and we’ll send every review that matches your filters to your Slack channel.

If you haven’t set any filter, we’ll send every new review.

Troubleshooting

Slack allows up to 10 apps on free plans, so if you’ve already hit that threshold you’ll need to either upgrade, or remove one of your apps.

To remove an app, head over to the Slack app directory and remove the apps you’re not actively using.

You might need to get in touch with a Slack administrator at your company if you’re not authorized to do that.

Feel free to reach out if you encounter any issues, we’re available over email at [email protected] or you can chat with us both on the app and the main website.
